Billing questions
What does yearly billing cost?
Yearly plans cost ten months’ price: Starter is $290 a year and Plus is $490 a year. You pay for the year up front and it renews yearly until you cancel.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, any time, from Settings → Plan & billing. Stripe credits the unused part of what you’ve paid and bills any difference straight away.
Do I get a refund if I cancel?
Your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for. Fees already charged aren’t refunded unless the law requires it.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
On Free, Bitty Course keeps 10% of each sale. Starter and Plus take nothing. Stripe’s card processing fees apply on every plan.
What happens at a limit?
Nothing is charged automatically. We email you at 80% and at 100%. Uploads pause when storage is full, and viewing gets 10% extra before new playback pauses until next month or an upgrade.
Why do you ask for a card on Free?
Every workspace saves a card with Stripe before the studio opens. Saving it charges nothing, and Free has no monthly fee. It’s used if you choose a paid plan or an add-on.
Who can sign up?
Bitty Course is offered in the United States for now, and prices are in US dollars.
